RETURN POLICY

My Lush Puppy accepts returns on damaged and/or unopened products within 30 days of purchase and we will credit back to the original form of payment. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns of tools due to hygiene reasons. Note that products must be returned to their original place of purchase. For example, only purchases from www.MyLushPuppy.com can be returned to us. For purchases made through other retailers, you must abide by their own individual return policy. Please contact our Customer Care Team before returning your order at info@mylushpuppy.com 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

My Lush Puppy offers international shipping to Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Shipping rates are determined by the number of items in the order and where it is shipping. We ship international orders through FedEx International. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for return or exchange. For all orders outside of the U.S., the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or custom duties incurred. International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. My Lush Puppy has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. My Lush Puppy will not be responsible for the loss or damage of an item. If the package is undeliverable, the customer will be refunded the order amount minus the delivery fees.

 

IF YOU’VE REQUESTED A RETURN
Once your return request is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

US ONLY: Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75+. For orders under $75, you may calculate your shipping costs by adding products to your shopping cart, as shipping costs vary by location and package weight. We also offer FedEx Next Day Air and Second Day Air for an additional fee, other carrier options also available for your selection.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?

The standard time for your package to arrive is approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase. All orders placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to ship.

DOES My Lush Puppy SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To check the status of your order, simply log into your order and track using this link to My Lush puppy tracking if you still have questions about your order, please send an email to info@mylushpuppy.com with your order number along with the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

My Lush Puppy accepts American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Master, Visa, JCB credit cards, Venmo. We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.

HOW MUCH IS THE SALES TAX?

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the State of Maryland. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping/handling charges (as required). Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.


PRODUCT SAFETY

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

My Lush Puppy never tests on animals and are cruelty-free. We are proud to be Leaping Bunny certified and we work very closely with The America Humane Society.


I HAVE ALLERGIES TO CERTAIN INGREDIENTS; CAN YOU GIVE ME A LIST OF PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT CONTAIN THIS ALLERGEN?

Our ingredients are listed on every product page on the website. There is an ingredient listing located under the product description where you can find the full ingredient list to the products you're interested in.

ARE YOUR INGREDIENTS CLEAN?

With so many claims of ‘clean’ and ‘natural’, it’s hard to know which products are indeed safe to use since, incredibly, there is no official standard. There’s ‘clean’ and then there’s clean. Many beauty brands make this claim, but their products still contain ingredients that are known to be harmful to humans and to the environment. From the start, we committed to beyond what is required in the U.S. and have worked to eliminate all ‘dirty’ ingredients from our formulas. We work hard to source from the most ethical suppliers. As there are no official standards for clean beauty, I have found the best go-to guide is Credo’s ‘Dirty List’ as I believe this to be the most stringent benchmark, they don't mess around.

Our products are natural and free of harmful toxins that are often found in other beauty products, including GMOs, parabens, sulfates, phthalates, PEGs, nanoparticles, mineral oil, and synthetic fragrance.

 

SUSTAINABILITY

IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

We are trying hard to make as little impact on the environment as possible. Our containers are 100% recyclable. Our shipping boxes and marketing materials are made from sustainable forestry and we are working towards zero waste.
